Setting a new vision for an “ideation” SaaS product to be competitive and scalable through a new sustainable business model strategy

We worked with the founder of Thicket on repositioning the company to be more scalable. We conducted competitive analysis, a feature audit, and product positioning exercises. Working closely with the executive leadership, we were able to frame the problem, and redesign the digital product to become a self-sustaining SaaS platform that empowers users to make decisions based on a sequential and data-powered user experience. We focused on clarity of messaging, and a thoughtful connection between the product's data infrastructure and user interface. We also supported Thicket with writing and designing their pitch deck to scale and succeed, with focus on highlighting their business model, track record, key use cases, and how the product works, leverage effective visual storytelling of tech narratives.

Incheon Startup Park
Telling a compelling visual story for ambassadors through a purpose-driven pitch deck

We worked with the New York representative of Incheon Startup Park on redesigning the incubator’s pitch deck to attract global partners and ambassadors to the vision of ISP, with focus on Inchecon City as the ‘Silicon Valley’ of Korea. We highlighted the breadth and depth of ISP’s work scope and supported them as a key mentor and ambassador who enables their startups to grow.

Disobedient Daughter
Crafting a kitsch and eclectic brand logo for a vintage popup NY truck with a twist

We worked with the founder of Disobedient Daughter, a popup vintage shop that shows up on different streets in New York on weekends, attracting a wide array of tourists and locals with its unique ‘Uhaul’ store. We worked with Connie on reflecting the eclectic spirit of the brand through a brand identity that looks like rough sketches, on purpose, representing the concept of vintage as ‘scrappy’ ‘adventurous’ and ‘hip’.

We worked with the founder of Advance Pest Solutions to redesign their website in order to attract traffic to the page. We supported in rewriting content, providing guidance on brand look and feel, including illustrations., color scheme, and photographic style. Highlighting the key benefits of the company, we created a user-friendly site that easily competes in the market and attracts visitors from search engines.

We worked with SunnySideUp, a branding & marketing agency based in the UAE, on repositioning the brand “About Them” in the UAE market, to be more successful, unique, competitive, and scalable. We conducted a thorough market research, competitive analysis, and a comparative UX audit. 

Working closely with the founder of the branding agency, we were able to frame the problem, and set the vision for the company to become a sustainable business and a double-sided marketplace that empowers Small Enterprises and their consumers to sell and purchase with confidence in the sustainable options they have, contributing to their local community.

We also worked on the growth strategy of the digital product, with focus on product requirements that scale as the brand matures with time, going from an eco-conscious marketplace, to a key contributor to the local circular economy.
